Policies for Lake Eufaula Bed and Breakfast
Lake Eufaula Bed and Breakfast is open year round.
This is a non smoking facility. Reservations are Recommended.
All rates are based on a double occupancy.
All rooms are maximum occupancy of 2 persons per room.
Rates do not include the Oklahoma State Sales Tax.
Sorry, we are unable to accept children or pets.
We do accept single night stays during week days. Weekends are a minimum of two nights stay and holiday weekends are a minimum of three nights stay.
Check in time is between 4:00pm -7:00pm.
Later arrangements must be pre-arranged.
Check out time is 11:00am.
We require a 50% deposit with a credit card to hold your reservation. Reservations less than 14 days before your arrival, your total room charge plus tax will be added to your credit card.
If you cancel your reservations fourteen days or longer before your arrival date, you will be charged a $50.00 processing fee and refunded the remaining portion of your deposit. If you cancel your reservations less than fourteen days before your arrival date, you will be charged a $50.00 processing fee and the remaining portion of your deposit will be mailed to you in the form of a gift certificate to be used at a later date.
No smoking is allowed inside the facility. If there is evidence of smoking and smell of smoking your credit card will be charged with a $100.00 cleaning fee. This will be done without notice.
We accept cash, personal or business checks, Visa or MasterCard.
Quite hours are between 11:00pm and 8:00am. Please be considerate of our other guests.
Breakfast is served at 8:30am. Coffee is ready at 7:30am.
