Policies for Lake Eufaula Bed and Breakfast
Lake Eufaula Bed and Breakfast is open year round.
This is a non smoking facility. Reservations are Recommended.
All rates are based on a double occupancy. All rooms are maximum occupancy of 2 persons per room with exception for the Family suite which is a 6 person maximum occupancy.
Rates do not include the Oklahoma State Sales Tax.
We do accept single night stays during week days. Weekends are a minimum of two nights and holiday weekends are a minimum of three nights.
Check in time is between 4:00pm -7:00pm. Later arrangements must be pre-arranged.
Check out time is 11:00am.
We require a 50% deposit with a credit card to hold your reservation.
If you cancel your reservations fourteen days or longer before your arrival date, you will be charged a $50.00 processing fee and refunded the remaining portion of your deposit. If you cancel your reservations less than fourteen days before your arrival date, you will be charged a $50.00 processing fee and the remaining portion of your deposit will be mailed to you in the form of a
gift certificate to be used at a later date.
We accept cash, personal or business checks, Visa or MasterCard.
Quite hours are between 11:00pm and 8:00am. Please be considerate of our other guests.
Well behaved children are welcome but we do require parental supervision. When traveling with children it is recommended to stay in The Family Suite.
Sorry Max does not allow visiting pets. He likes to be star dog of the house.
Breakfast is served at 8:30am. Coffee is ready at 7:30am.
